Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Oh! The Sights You’ll See Travel and Tours (OTSYSTT) Referral Program.

• Becoming a Referrer. The referral program is open only to clients registered with OTSYSTT's client database and to followers of the OTSYSTT Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/OhTheSightsYoullSee/) or Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/ohthesightsyoullseett/). A Follower is defined as being delineated as a Follower on one or both accounts when the Facebook and/or Instagram Followers are reviewed, and who remain a Follower of one or both accounts until the Referral Reward has been paid. OTSYSTT reserves the right to, with notice, exclude any individual found to be abusing or otherwise circumventing the intent of the OTSYSTT Referral Program.
• Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as (a) a Purchaser of travel services made with OTSYSTT and (b) is a first-time Purchaser of Travel Services; and (i) that has a total booked value of at least US$2,000.00, after all discounts have been applied and excluding taxes and travel fees such as port fees and similar; (ii) is purchased in United States Dollars; (iii) is purchased by a purchaser located in the United States; and for which a booking confirmation that includes the deposit has been issued by the travel supplier. Referrers are limited to one (1) Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer, i.e., additional/repeat bookings made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
• Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person. For the Referrer to be eligible for the reward, the Referred Customer must explicitly state who referred them to OTSYSTT at the time of booking with OTSYSTT.
• Referral Rewards. For each Qualified Referral, the Referrer will receive an Amazon gift card in the amount of US$25.00 (“Referral Reward”). Referral Rewards will be mail to the Referrer’s address of record with OTSYSTT within 14 days following a qualifying booking made by a Qualified Referral. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
• Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. OTSYSTT reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program and to revise these Referral Program Terms and Conditions from time to time. Should a material change to, or cancellation of, the Referral Program occur, all unpaid Qualified Referrals will be honored. For materials changes, the Referral Reward will be paid at the higher of the benefit between the previous Referral Reward and the new Referral Award.
