Bill Wasner (Waz) truly loves organizing travel and finding the best deal possible. He's been researching travel for my wife and I for years - long before he actually became an agent. We discussed different destinations and what time of the year we wanted to travel and before long he would come back with great options. Some of the trips he's organized for us, family, and friends include a bus tour of National Parks; a bus tour of Scotland, England, and Ireland; a Mediterranean cruise; multiple Caribbean cruises; a week of wine tasting in Napa; and a week in a luxury villa in St. Thomas. Our last trip was a Transatlantic cruise from Copenhagen to New York with a stop in Iceland where we saw the Northern Lights.

We’re delighted that Bill and Sue have started their own travel business. We took a 3 week trip with Bill, his wife, and a group of neighbors and friends, to Great Britain & Ireland last year. While the major outlines of our itinerary were done by an established travel agency, Bill helped pull the group together. When we hit inevitable snags, such as unsatisfactory meals, he intervened for the group, getting us credits if possible and helping us find alternative places to go. He’s endlessly patient, a trait clearly needed in the job of travel agent. We wish them all the best.
