If you think you might be traveling with us, you can also choose to complete the Traveler Worksheet. The Traveler Worksheet, which you'll only need to fill out one time, tells us what we need to know to handle your travel details for you and ensure you have a smooth, carefree travel experience. Click the Travel Worksheet image below to open the interest worksheet.
PC: The worksheet is a fillable PDF form. Fill-in the relevant fields, save it to your hard disk, and email a copy back to us at otsystt@gmail.com.
iPhone/iPad: When you have opened the form in IOS, it is not immediately editable as IOS doesn't provide full PDF file capabilities.

- Once opened, save the file by using the Save to Files option in the Action menu (the box with the arrow coming out of it).
- Exit Safari and open Files. Select the Travel Interests worksheet.
At this point you can enter data in the form. Click on a text field to enter text. Click on an Interest field to place a checkmark. When completed, attach the form to an email and send it to otsystt@gmail.com.
Android:
Opt out at any time by replying to the email and either ask to stop receiving emails or write "STOP" in the Subject line.
